Add Schedule
To Add Schedule for employee/s:
- Go to Time and Attendance > Time & Attendance Management.
- Click the Manage Schedule button beside the Filter button and select Add Schedule.
A popup form will appear and fill in the information needed.
- Select the employee by checking the boxes in the left side.
- Select Date Range.
- Select employee/s schedule from Schedule Template or you can fill-out manually the employee/s schedule in Regular Schedule.
- Add Overtime, Overtime Extension, and Schedule Break if applicable.
Click the Add Selected.
Remove Schedule
To Remove a Schedule for employee/s:

Go to Time and Attendance > Time & Attendance Management.

click the Manage Schedule and select Add Schedule. A popup form will appear and fill-in the information needed.
- Select the employee by checking the boxes in the left side.
- Select Date Range or Date that you want to be remove from the schedule.
- You need to put the current schedule or the schedule that you want to remove.
Click the Remove Selected.
NOTE:
- You can remove the schedule of more than one employees.
- You can remove the whole week or whole month schedule of employee/s
Delete Schedule
To Delete a Schedule of an employee:
- Go to HR > Time & Attendance Management.
- Change the View by Groups to View by Person and it will show the calendar of the employee.
- Click the specific date that you want to delete.
- Select the View Schedule and a pop-up form will appear.
- Click the red Delete button to successfully deleted.
