<aside> 💡 In the Attendance Summary section, it generates the reports of each employee. It includes the total number of absences, late, leaves taken, and other reasonings for each category and a total number associated with each reason over a custom date range.

In order to go in the Attendance Summary:

  1. Go to Time and Attendance > T&A Reports.
  2. Click the low arrow in the left side to dropdown options.
  3. Select Attendance Summary.

(1) If you wanted to view the attendance summary in a specific date range of an employee, you can set it up on the Filter button located beside the Search bar.

(2) The summary list displayed is based on the filter you set up. You can see your filter set up in the upright portion.

(3) Click the Print Icon if you desire to print out the filtered list.

(4) Click the Paper Icon if you desire to get a copy of the filtered list in an excel format.
