ℹ️ In the CRM Settings, you are able to add/edit/remove the options that are set up in the CRM section. It includes the options for Companies, Contacts, Opportunities, Tickets, and Properties.

Companies
Go to Settings > CRM Settings > Companies tab.
Under the Companies tab, are the Account Type, Industry Type, Business Type, Maintenance, and Account Level.
- To add Account Type options, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
- To add Industry Type options, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
- To add Business Type options, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
- To add Maintenance options, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name either on what Type and ****what Period. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
- To add Account Level options, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
Succesfully created dropdown options will be displayed the list and on the CRM section.
Contacts
Go to Settings > CRM Settings > Contacts tab.
Create contact status options to select for the CRM > Contacts page.
- To add Contact Status options, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
Opportunities
Go to Settings > CRM Settings > Opportunities tab.
Under opportunities are the Deal Stage, Source, Type, and Pipeline. Create contact status options to select for the CRM > Companies page.
- To add Deal Stage, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
- To add a Source, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
- To add Type, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
- To add Pipeline, simply click the (+) Add button and Enter the Name. Click the three dots icon to Edit or Remove.
