Communicating with Contacts
To view contact's activities and transactions:
Go to CRM > Contacts.
Click the account you want to communicate.
In the Activities tab, you are able to call, email, request a meeting, view tasks, create notes, and add events with the contact.
To call the contact:
— select which contact number to call in the CALLEE.
— select the phone number you will use to call the contact in the CALLER.
— click the phone button in the right side.
Duration of calls are automatically recorded.
Create a note for Activity Feed list.
To email the contact:
— go to Send Email.
— select the receiver (can select multiple receiver)
— enter the Subject
— compose you message/email.
— click Send.
Go to Contact Email to see your recent emails to the specific contact.
To request a meeting to the contact:
— go to Meeting tab.
— compose the Subject of the meeting.
— select the contact in Request Meeting With including the specific contact. (can select multiple contact)
— compose Details.
— click Start Meeting.
To compose note to contact:
— go to Notes tab.
— compose a note to contact.
— click Save Note.
— Delete or Update the previous note you created by clicking the three dots on the right side.
To add an event with the contact:
— go to Event tab.
— click the Add Event button.
— enter what is your meeting about.
— select the date and starting time.
— enter duration in hours & alarm time.
— enter Location.
— select Attendees. (automatically selected the contact requested and the one who created the meeting)
View Transactions
There you can see the contact's Opportunity, Tickets made by the contact, Survey, Docs, and Billing via Hubshake.
