Note:

In HQ mode, you can only view an existing estimate, invoice, and sales order created from different branches. You can only create a new sales transaction when you are in a specific branch mode.

→ A sales order is a commercial document prepared by a vendor and issued to a customer. → The sales order confirms the sale of goods or services and details the sale's specifics, including the quantity, pricing, and quality of goods or services provided.

Create a Sales Order in Hubshake

Note: Make sure you are in branch mode.

  1. Go to the Sales menu >sales Order.
  2. Click the New button Select a type of invoice. Standard or Recurring
