<aside> 💡 This offline feature allows you to easily collect mass of data as the app does not rely on a network connection to intake the data. It will simply stores on the device and the data automatically syncs to your account once the network is established. This offline saving feature will let you collect a large number of data in a hassle-free manner.

From Web

1. Go to Settings > App Settings > Offline Sync tab.
2. Select “Save it on the device then sync later” on the Choose how do you want to save time records option.

3. Set the frequency time of syncing.

4. Click Save changes.

Note:

Any changes made on the website settings, you must go to your tablet/mobile time clock app home screen, click the overflow button at the top right of the screen beside the notification bell icon and click Refresh Data so all your settings changes will reflect on the device.

From Mobile

1. In your Time Clock app home screen, click the overflow button at the top left of the screen.

2. Input your Admin PIN code (this section is only available for employees with Administrative rights).

3. Click Save & Sync section.
