1. Go to Settings > Attendance Settings > Schedule Template tab.

  2. Switch the toggle to Enable the Schedule Type and Template when adding a schedule to employees.

  3. Click the (+) Add button and a pop up form will appear.

  4. Fill in the fields indicated:

  1. Click Submit.

A successfully created schedule template can already be used as an option for adding schedule templates to the employees.

If you want to assign schedule templates to Shift Groups

  1. Go to Settings > Human Resource Settings > Work Group.
  2. Click the (+) Add icon under Team to add shift groups.

  1. Select one of the Schedule Templates you created. A preview will show after you select.
