1. Right click the individual chat message that you want to update or remove. Then the options will show for Edit or Delete.

Note: Edit or Delete is only available for sender.

To update:

1. Click Edit to modify chat message.
2. Click the (📄) Save button to save changes or click (x) button to discard updates.

To delete message:

1. To remove a message, click Delete.
2. A confirmation window will prompt. Click Submit.
3. Then, the message will be deleted.
