<aside> 💡 In the Worked Hour Section, you will see the summary of working hours of each employee by type and by day, including their attendance on a specific date. Hours are split up into total work hours, hours at normal rate, hours at daily overtime rate, and hours at weekly overtime rate.

In order to go in the Worked Hours:

  1. Go to Time and Attendance > T&A Reports.
  2. Click the low arrow in the left side to dropdown options.
  3. Select Worked Hours.

There are 3 different tabs that are displayed in the Worked Hours Reports section. Policy, Day Type, and Attendance.


Policy

In the Policy tab, you can see the Weekly Average Worked Hours of each employee, and what Work Policy was Applied on that week.

(1) Click the Clock Icon to choose the Display Hours (Hours/Decimal).

(2) In the Filter Icon, you can filter the date you desire and employee to be displayed on list and.

(3) Click the Print Icon to print out the displayed list.

(4) Click the XLSX Icon to get a copy in Excel format.

Day Type

In the Day Type tab, you will see the Attendance Detail by Day Type. Including in the column is the Schedule Template applied to the employee, their Clock-in/out on that day.

(1) Click Filter button if you want to sort the information displayed on the list.
