<aside> 💡 In the Monthly Closing section, you can see a series of steps to review the recorded account information in a monthly basis. This section will help you keep your accounting data organized and check all transactions for the monthly period were accounted for.

In order to go in the Monthly Closing:

  1. Go to Time and Attendance > T&A Reports.
  2. Click the low arrow in the left side to dropdown options.
  3. Select Monthly Closing.

Below is an example of a Monthly Closing Report. The columns are consist of the Employee Name, different day types, and the days of every month. In the last column, is the total hours in a month the employee consumed in each day type.

You can also sort it out, here's how:

(1) Click the Filter button and setup according to your own preference.

Click Apply.

(2) The monthly closing report displayed is based on the filter you set up. You can see your filter set up in the upper left portion.

(3) Click Settings Icon to choose a display options for the Hours.

(4) Click XLSX Icon to download a copy of the report in Excel format.

(5) Click PDF Icon to download a copy of the Payroll Hours in Excel format.
