Kanban is a kind of page layout where as all your tasks are sorted and grouped by columns boxes and your tasks are called cards.
You can use this to group your cards depending on the template that you will use. At default By Status, By Account, By Project and By Type are available but you can create a custom template by clicking the + button.
Filtering cards is very easy just simply click the funnel icon to start filtering them.
This is a shortcut to Calendar to view existing user tasks.
