Out of office request are hourly request when there is a schedule and employee needs to go out of the office during work hours.

How to request for an Out of Office leave?

  1. Click Out of office tab.
  2. Click New Out of office Request.
  3. Select employee name or request for other team or department member (enable team or department member to request).
  4. Select the type of Leave as Personal or Business Trip. Tick to type of out of office. The type of leaves shown are created in the Human Resource Settings>Leave Type.
  5. Fill in the reason for applying the out of office request.
  6. Set the leave period whether by period or duration; Set the start date/time and end date/time.
  7. Select and set the approvers and consensus users for the request.
  8. Attach documentation (as a proof) for overtime justification if deemed necessary.
  9. Click Submit button to officially file the Out of office Request request. Check the Out of office Request page to see if the request is successfully added to the list.
  10. Click Reset button (if no yet submitted), if changes are incorrect.
