Creating Payroll Items

Go to Settings > Payroll Settings > Payroll Items tab.

1. Click the (+) Add button
2. Fill-in the fields mentioned.
   • Compensation Name
   • Annual Maximum Limit
   • Switch toggle if BIR Standard
   • Switch toggle if Taxable

3. Click Submit.

Successfully created New Allowance Type will be added to the list and can be used as an option for adding to the allowance table of each employee.

Creating Payroll Import Lists

Go to Settings > Payroll Settings > Payroll Import Lists tab.

1. Click the (+) Add button
2. Fill-in the fields mentioned.
   • Name
   • Code
   • Type
   • Switch toggle if Taxable

3. Click Submit.

Successfully created New Adjustment Template will be added to the list and can be used as an options in creating payroll adjustments.
