To insert Description Template in Request:

  1. Go to My Request.
  2. Click New Document Request, Expense Request or Expense Report.

To insert Description Template in Document Request:

  1. Click (+) New Expense Request or Expense Report.
  2. Click the description area. A pop up window will appear at the bottom of the description area.
  3. Select description template applicable.Modify content and save request.

To insert Description Template in Document Request:

  1. Click (+) New Document Request.
  2. Click Insert>Insert Template.
  3. Select Description Template.
