To insert Description Template in Request:
- Go to My Request.
- Click New Document Request, Expense Request or Expense Report.
To insert Description Template in Document Request:
- Click (+) New Expense Request or Expense Report.
- Click the description area. A pop up window will appear at the bottom of the description area.
- Select description template applicable.Modify content and save request.

To insert Description Template in Document Request:
- Click (+) New Document Request.
- Click Insert>Insert Template.
- Select Description Template.
