<aside> ℹ️ A salary grade is a predetermined compensation level for a given position within an organization. It is a number that defines the amount of monthly payment/income that an employee receives. The level is expressed through a salary range and typically the levels are set at each individual business entity. In this portion, you are able to set a Salary Grade based on a positions.

To setup Salary Grade:

• Enter a value for Default # of Grades (Ex: 5 - the number of salary grades you can create will be up to 5.)
• Years of service increase % (Ex. 20%: current - 15,000, after 1 year - 18,000 [3,000 increase])
• Taxable Base (%)

Click Save Changes.

Click the link provided to view the Salary Grade list.

• Click Add Grade to create a New Grade.

Below is an example of a Salary Grade based on their Positions.

Note: Base Taxable is automatically calculated based on your settings in Company Profile.
