<aside> 💡 In this article, you are able to set up a minimum number of hours of timelog in every job type. Enable blocking an employee from clocking out when he/she didn't reach the minimum timelog hours of that day. A timelog is a chronological set of written records detailing employee activities with a time stamp. These time tracking records are used for internal analysis and optimization of work. Also, the timelog's purpose is to track task progress and monitoring purposes.

To get there:

  1. Go to Settings > Human Resource Settings > Job Types tabs.
  2. Select the job type you want to set a timelog by clicking the three-dot button next to the job type name and select Edit. A pop-up form will appear.
  3. Input minimum timelog hours per day of the selected job type.
  4. Switch the toggle to block an employee from clocking out when he/she didn't complete the minimum timelog.
