<aside> 💡 There are two ways in setting up the user’s Login ID in Hubshake:

  1. Set up via email
  2. Set up manually

Setup user’s Login ID via email

  1. After adding a user in Hubshake, a two-way option in setting up login ID will display. One option is to set up via email.

  1. A confirmation message will pop-up to confirm sending setup authentication. Click Yes.

  1. The button will turn in to ‘Email Sent’.

  1. An email will be sent to activate the user’s account. To activate the account, click the Activate Account button.
