To share a ticket:

  1. Go to CRM > Ticket List.
  2. Select the ticket you want to share.
  3. Click the Actions button located in the right side.
  4. Select the Share Ticket.

There are three (3) options in sharing a ticket.

  1. Get a public link and send t to the client;
  2. Share it to other org;
  3. Send to client's email.
